He also agrees to make the guest rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible degradation of which he could be responsible.
Cancellation booking
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on the date of the beginning of the stay.
For a reservation of one night, the amount of the guarantee is the price of the night. The booking will be taken into account only after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the length of stay.
Terms of cancelation
Your credit card will be charged in case of no show or cancellation as follows:
- Up to 30 days before: 0% – Only down payment is retained
- – 30 days before: 100% of your stay
- In the event of confinement, the deposit will be refunded or transformed into a credit note.
In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the reserved stay remains fully acquired to the owner.
